Printable Polly (“we,” “us”) is run by Pond Software. This policy explains, in plain English, what data the site collects and how it's used. The short version: we don't require an account, we don't sell your personal information, and the printables you customize are built in your browser and never uploaded to us.

Printables stay on your device

When you customize a worksheet, planner, or template, everything happens locally in your browser. The words you type, the options you pick, and the finished page are not sent to our servers or stored by us. When you print or save as PDF, that file goes straight from your browser to your printer or your device.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site — which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from, and whether things are working. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects measurement data such as your approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser type, and the pages you view.
